* Lead a team of storage professionals and provide remote infrastructure support for the
client's storage and backup infrastructure.
* Responsible for ensuring that team delivers projects that are technically sound and comply
with defined standards and procedures.
* Responsible for identification and execution of opportunities to improve performance against
the organizational business plan.
* Responsible for Management and escalation of critical situations. This includes executive
awareness, Alerts and Critical Situations.

* Allocation and reallocation Tier 1& 2 devices.
* Implement changes to the customer environment, on SAN, NAS Backups.
* Design and implement approved plan to accommodate new clients in to the cloud infrastructure.
* Execute Service improvement plan for existing clients hosted in the data center.
