Within the Merger and Acquisition program and to support the IT integration, the project was about an acquisition of the Portuguese company R&D based, developing Digital Solutions with edge technologies;
- the scope of work involved the integration of the company respecting InfoSec policies and market sector regulations;
- deployment and rollout of a new Business Application process under the Software Asset Management (SAM) team project remit and Service Now - ITSM application;
Activities and responsibilities:
- coordinated project management activities accordingly to the global PMO organization;
- developed project plan and project organization activities between the client and the S+N Group;
- definition and management of budget for further monitor and control project expenditure;
- managed and coordinated office, user workplace, infrastructure, network and applications migrations;
- delivery and transition of business and infrastructure applications to the operational and support teams;
- work performed across different time schedules (i.e. USA, UK and Poland);
- exposure to different departments and seniority levels in the group;

Infrastructure and security program for the remediation of the global IT service after the ransomware Maze attack – computer virus:
- scope of work involved the remediation and standardisation of IT infrastructure globally and the implementation of improved cybersecurity policies, processes and rules to reinforce existing cybersecurity measures (i.e. new architectures and cybersecurity tools);
- very challenging work across cultures and due to pandemic virus constraints worldwide;
Activities and responsibilities:
- coordination of remediation activities for worldwide locations related to security aspects in user workstations, networks and data centres;
- work developed with different work streams such as network team, SOC team, end user services, infra apps teams and external parties;
- piloting and managing international offices for the reconnections and establishment of Endpoint Detection and Response creating new user access via a new IAM solution;
- IT assets refurbishment: migration of workstations from Win7 to Win10 and associated logistics for site replacements of PCs, firewalls, switches and servers and implementation of a new data loss protection solution for the mains offices;
- coordination of the re-establishing of end user services: applications, servers, overall end user services including the new MDM system;
- coordinated daily meetings with different expert teams for problem resolution respecting InfoSec policies in ongoing activities;
- system operations delivery to the support and maintenance teams (RUN);
- reported progress of different activities: expenditures, planning, KPIs, and any relevant major issues to management team and relevant stakeholders;

Technical project manager for the split and transition program in the context of a separation of TechnipFMC activities resulting in two entities:
- worldwide exposure within a cross functional domain across different departments and roles;
- work developed in a specific workstream of the program – “Lift & Shift” applications migration;
- scope of work around ~190 apps out of ~1900 hosted on multiple environments: 3rd party cloud, SAAS, on premise configurations;
Activities and responsibilities:
- Used project management adapted Agile framework with TechnipFMC teams;
- Dealt with ambiguity and problem definition and teams spread in different locations, including local and off-site teams in SW factories;
- Responsible for Apps HLD development and validation with Architecture, Cybersecurity, business analysts teams and business reviews;
- Development of the different WBSs for app release through enterprise change control board in order to bring apps to production;
