Development of Strategies and Impact Reduction of Non-Conformities through the elaboration of analysis charts and Internal Training Program aiming at technical improvement in the areas of Reading and Interpretation of Mechanical Technical Drawing, Welding Symbology, Caliper Reading, Introduction to the Quality Module . Development of Technical Pedagogical Didactic Material for Team Training. Application of Neuro Linguistic Programming to reduce conflicts and achieve goals in the short, medium and long term.Development of Procedures and Documentation for Control and Reduction of Nonconformities at Runtime. Development of Production Checklist inherent to the process and universal checklist of the production chain.

Brand Administrative Maintenance. Development of a high performance team trained to manage conflicts and achieve goals.
