I'm Maria Aardam, and I'm all about diving headfirst into new challenges and opportunities. My background is a pretty interesting mix, actually. While I have a BS in Interior Design, my career path has taken a fascinating turn towards the tech world, and I'm loving every minute of it. I'm currently working as an Advanced AI Data Trainer at Invisible Technologies, where I'm helping to shape the future of AI. It's a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and I thrive on the constant learning and problem-solving it demands. My days are filled with collaborating on projects, providing feedback to clients, and ensuring our AI models are top-notch. I'm proficient in a wide range of Google Workspace tools, and I'm always eager to pick up new skills.
Before this, I honed my skills in customer success and operations. My time as a Customer Success Manager at Timma Eesti OU gave me invaluable experience in working directly with clients, managing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. I'm adept at handling various types of issues, from simple queries to complex technical problems. I've also worked extensively with translations and client communication across different platforms, including email and social media. This role really solidified my ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude even when things get hectic.
My experience as a Partner Operations Specialist at Bolt Technologies further broadened my skillset. Here, I focused on improving processes and maximizing efficiency. I collaborated on projects to improve GVM and visibility, managed restaurant integrations with POS systems, and even led a group of 11 people in strategic projects. This role really highlighted my leadership abilities and my knack for data analysis – I used Looker to gain valuable insights and drive data-informed decisions.
Even earlier in my career, roles as a Senior Seller and Database Operator at Kika Eesti OU and Aravision OU respectively, provided a solid foundation in customer relations, conflict resolution, and data analysis. These experiences taught me the importance of meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and solve problems.
So, what am I passionate about? Besides AI and the ever-evolving tech landscape, I'm a firm believer in teamwork, continuous learning, and finding creative solutions. I'm highly proficient in Microsoft Office, various CRM and project management tools (like Pipedrive, Jira, and Confluence), and I'm a data whiz – comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights. My language skills are pretty diverse too, with fluency in Estonian and Russian, and working knowledge of English and German.
