PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Participation in following projects as SAP Project Manager:

• Implementation Project (Full life cycle) SAP IS retail
  Implementation of a new company in order to manage logistics distribution of merchandise
• Implementation of business models in SAP BO
• Implementation of SAP CAR Customer Activity Repository
• Migration of SAP ERP servers to SAP Hana Enterprise Cloud
• Articulate business requirements and propose solutions
• Responsible for ensuring that acquired solutions are aligned to business strategy.
• Develop projects plans for new enterprise system projects, setting projects priorities, determining scope and correctly roadmap implementation support and follow-up.

 

TECHNIQUE

• Implementation of new processes that leverage the value chain.

• Proven capabilities in integrating SAP ECC with peripheral supply chain systems such as planning, procurement and warehouse management system
• Very good understanding and solution architecting abilities in SAP Material Management, Inventory Management and Sales and Distribution.
• Configuration of new logistics and commercial process (MM and SD modules)
• User administration and user permissions (Roles and profiles management in SAP)

• Participation in all project phases
• Handling following topics/concepts: Master Data, Pricing, Regular Procurement, procure to pay Process, Open to Buy Process, Vendor Consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory process, condition contracts, MRP, Intercompany, replenishment, pull and push process
• Analyze complex business problems to turn them into functional solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure, and test software application and assign end users with end user testing as needed.
• Complete all required validation and testing documentation as required.

material availability and processing outstanding orders, picking, packing,
transportation planning, printing and sending shipping output.
