Develop DACH team business plan with KPIs, including expansion strategy to open new offices
Achieve sales targets through proactive pitching and partnership management, responsible for 500k
EUR monthly revenue
Create strategic sales materials and oversee all PR activities in DACH

Responsibilities
Prepare presentations and offers for potential clients, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales and
revenue targets
Proactively pitch to Digital, PR, and Media Agencies, and direct clients to generate new business
Establish and manage relationships with key agencies
Provide client service and manage key accounts (Account Management)

Responsibilities
Continuous optimization of international campaigns and processes, including market analysis and
trend identification
Implementation of tailored online marketing strategies for each country, aiming to increase CTR and
streamline registration paths
Responsibility for managing campaign budgets of 100k EUR monthly and ensuring KPI achievement,
alongside overseeing social media coordination and management

Responsibilities
Enhance customer relationships through post-sale service, including up and cross-selling
Continuously optimize client campaigns and processes to meet advertising objectives
Take charge of campaign budgets and ensure ROI
Organize and lead account manager meetings for effective coordination
