My primary role was to create the visual look and feel of a website, while also considering how users will interact with it. This involved:

Designing the layout: This includes arranging the elements on the webpage in a way that is both visually appealing and easy to navigate.
Creating the user interface (UI): This refers to the buttons, menus, and other elements that users interact with. I made sure the UI was intuitive and user-friendly.
Developing the visual style: This included choosing the color scheme, typography, and imagery for the website. The visual style should be consistent with the website's brand identity and target audience.

In addition to these core responsibilities, we also:

Work on user experience (UX): While UX design is a separate field, many web designers have some knowledge of UX principles. This means we consider how users will find and use the website, and design it accordingly.
Stay up-to-date on web design trends: The world of web design is constantly evolving, so web designers need to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies.
Collaborate with other professionals: Web designers often work with web developers, content creators, and marketing specialists to bring a website to life.
