Project history
Led the master data workstream for Amcor's Polaris global rollout, supporting SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations across 6 manufacturing plants in Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark, Belgium, and Finland.
Key responsibilities and achievements:
- Managed master data quality and migration readiness for approximately 100,000 materials across FERT, ROH, HALB, and packaging categories.
- Performed end-to-end data migration activities: legacy-to-SAP mapping, extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, gap identification, and data cleansing.
- Designed and maintained multi-level BOM structures, configured Routing and Production Versions aligned with production requirements.
- Defined and implemented data governance rules and KPIs including Right First Time, data accuracy, and error rate.
- Developed Power BI dashboards for data migration tracking, development progress, and open points monitoring across plants.
- Drove continuous process improvement at every go-live, refining SOPs, procedures, and migration approaches.
- Collaborated cross-functionally with central and plant-level teams across IP, Production, Logistics, FICO, and IT throughout each rollout phase.
Progressed through four roles within Molson Coors' global master data organization, building deep expertise across Material, Customer, Vendor, and Pricing master data domains in SAP ERP, supporting manufacturing operations across multiple regions.
