Principle Accountabilities:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end cutover of the Synthomer SAP S4 global template solution for
UK, Spain & France:
* Develop the overall cutover strategy, approach and schedule
* Development of detailed cutover plans & runbooks for Trial Cutover, Full Dress Rehearsal and
Final Cutover
* Development of MS-Project custom tools to 1) auto generate 'call out' emails per task during
execution of all cutover cycles, 2) ensure all task owners have clear visibility of their
cutover activities & 3) enhanced & efficient reporting in Excel.
* Define & ensure critical path business & data migration activities are executed per schedule
* Work closely with technical teams to develop and confirm cutover runbook & execution plan for
integrated applications
* Work closely with the business process leads & business areas to ensure business ramp-down &
ramp-up activities are clearly defined, scheduled, agreed and executed
* Responsible for managing the E2E execution of Trial Cutover, Full Dress Rehearsal and Final
