Senior Product Designer | UX/UI Specialist

As product Design Leader for the CRF Technology Suite, my primary responsibility is to ensure ecosystem consistency across all suite products. I achieve this by implementing a comprehensive design system that provides a distinctive visual identity and a cohesive user experience, carefully tailored to meet the diverse needs and use cases of our users. 
In this role, I collaborate across all three products within the suite, analyzing user needs and behaviors using UX methodologies such as interviews, flow reviews, and testing. Subsequently, I translate these insights into high-quality designs. 
In addition to my design duties, I coordinate the design process in close collaboration with the product and development teams, ensuring a smooth workflow from ideation to implementation.

At Special Olympics, I designed a multi-platform app to support children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing guidance for parents and caregivers. I collaborated on product definition, created user personas, and conducted interviews and usability tests to validate key features. Through iterative prototyping, I focused on accessibility, personalization, and ease of use, ensuring the app met both user needs and business goals.

At Rootstrap, I oversaw the entire design process, starting from discovery research and problem framing, through ideation, prototyping, and user testing, all the way to high-fidelity designs. My efforts were dedicated to crafting impactful, user-centered solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs across various industries.
