Main achievements:
Created in 6 months from scratch an orchestration component opening to all the entities
of the group access to the main travel platforms (live, 200 % ROI in 18 months)
Created the first financial omnichannel product in Ingenico as personal initiative, then rolled
out as one of the largest projects of the company (live and sold across Europe)
Scaled up the financial platform, doing 60 % revenue growth year over year (cards and APMs,
ecommerce and card present)
Scope of activities: Full Service / Collect (integrated 2 new card acquirers and 1 payment method,
added 13 new settlement currencies, put the basis of onboarding automation, built the grounding
credit&risk features of the financial platform, added the card present channel), Travel (opened
connections to Navitaire and Sabre, product manager of reference for this vertical during 1.5 years
- requirement prioritization and formalization, presales support, strategy definition), Acquiring
(product owner of the Bancontact acquiring processing platform, handling card present and card
not present flow; managed the creation from scratch of Bancontact POS).
Stakeholders : e-commerce merchants (any tier or vertical), leading Airlines and Travel Agencies,
financial providers (banks, international acquirers...) and external development partners
