Two brownfield SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects completed. Both are included Unicode conversion, dual-stack split, S4H Readiness check, Data cleansing, cleaning custom ABAP code (ATC Cockpit), CVI migration, migration to HANA database from IBM I platform, conversion to S/4HANA using SUM, preparation to FI migration and follow-up activities including Custom code adaptation and preparation of Fiori-based environment
Orchestrated the design and ongoing development of a highly calibrated and robust IT infrastructure
in line with industry best practice standards. Collaborated with numerous stakeholders using
excellent interpersonal skills.

* Conceptualized new IT structures and frameworks to meet future demand following extensive
analysis.
* Provided insights and recommendations to the executive management team as a trusted adviser.
* Achieved €150K maintenance cost savings over two years having built a streamlined IT
infrastructure.
