Over 13 years of combined experience in mechanical design of Powder Handling systems, including the creation of detail drawings for fabrication, drawings for quotation, and problem-solving related to design challenges.

Detailed Piping Support Design
Over 8 years of combined experience in detailed piping support design for oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, chemical, and LNG projects, including tracing, root cause analysis, MTO, cutting lists, MSS, and shop fabrication drawings in accordance with piping standards and codes such as ASTM, MSS-SP 58/68/89, and ASME B31.3/B31.1.

CAD Software Proficiency
Proficiency in INVENTOR Software, AUTODESK VAULT PROFESSIONAL 2024, and AUTOCAD Software for mechanical design, 2D detail drawings, assembly drawings, 2D layouts, and platform design. Also serves as Vault SUPERUSER for Asia at Tetra Pak Guerin System.

Autodesk Vault Administration
Role as Vault SUPERUSER for Asia at Tetra Pak Guerin System, responsible for managing and maintaining the Vault document management system and ensuring drawing revisions are up to date.

Microsoft Office Applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and presentations.

Piping Standards and Codes
Conversant with ASTM, MSS-SP 58, 68, 89, and ASME B31.3/B31.1 codes, with the ability to ensure drawings comply with the latest revision of approval client drawings and relevant piping standards.

Bill of Materials and MTO Preparation
Ability to prepare Material Take-Off (MTO), cutting lists, MSS, and shop fabrication drawings, as well as generate amendments to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

Engineering Client Requisition and Technical Query
Familiarity with spec Engineering Client Requisition and Technical Query processes, particularly for deviations due to limited material availability in the market and manufacturing process.
