Project Description:
The project key concept is to develop customized Service-Now application and Service
Management modules of the business process with Service-Now suite like, Incident Management, Problem
Management, and Change Management.

Responsibilities:
* Used ITIL practices to implement Servicenow applications in phase-by-phase approach.
* Created SLAs and participated in running SLAs and responsible for closing successfully.
* Developed Client Scripts, UI Actions, Business Rules and Script Includes for full filling the
requirements.
* Customized Incident/Problem/Change/Service Catalog applications using Business rules, Client
scripts.
* Create UI policy to make field mandatory, read only and visible based upon conditions.
* Provide table level, records level and field level security by Access control list (ACL).
* Responsible in building Catalogs, Catalog categories and Record producers.
* Experience on email notifications and creating an email notification.
* Using knowledge management creating knowledge articles.
* Defined users, groups and roles and providing access controls.
* Creating business rule using data base operations insert, update, delete, and query actions.
* Using Glide Ajax by calling server side and client-side data source.
* Experience with Servicenow client side and server-side JAVA SCRIPT and the service Now APIs.
* Working on report and create schedule reports.
* Hand on experience record producers to create incident and problem records.
* Updates sets to move customization from dev to production instance.
