SAP Integration & Middleware
SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) — interface design, message mapping, adapter configuration (REST, SOAP, OData, HTTP, JDBC), XSLT, Enterprise Integration Patterns (routing, enrichment, error handling, retry, orchestration). Active BTP migration work (in progress). SAP modules: FI (GL, AR), FS-CD, CO, S/4HANA basics, SAP Analytics Cloud exposure. API testing and monitoring with Postman, SoapUI, INT4 SAP PI test suite, SAP NetWeaver.

Project history
Co-founded and built an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform for EU-China trade risk analysis and supplier verification, from zero to one. Designed API-first architecture, a risk-scoring engine, and RAG-based document/supplier verification. Built MCP servers integrated with Alibaba and other B2B sourcing platforms for automated supplier data retrieval. Led end-to-end product discovery: 50+ customer interviews across Poland and China informing MVP scope and go-to-market strategy. Designed the SaaS revenue model and pricing approach. Selected Top 4 of 30 projects in the EU-funded Unicorn Hub accelerator (PARP, EU funding). Represented the company at technology trade fairs in China and Poland.
Deliver end-to-end AI automation solutions for SME clients across administration, marketing and sales, working directly with owners from scoping through production deployment. Ran a phased AI automation rollout across four client business areas: process audits, CRM integration, and production go-live. Built a RAG-based content assistant grounded in a client's brand guidelines for consistent AI-generated content. Designed and self-hosted a lead-generation and outreach tool combining lead sourcing with LLM-based content personalization, built from scratch. Deliver hands-on AI workshops for non-technical teams to drive adoption.
Design, develop and maintain SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) integrations, including production monitoring and error resolution. Configure adapters (REST, SOAP, OData, HTTP, JDBC), build message mappings and XSLT, and design integration flows using Integration Builder and Enterprise Repository Builder. Perform monitoring and error analysis via SAP NetWeaver and qRFC queues, coordinating with development teams on code-level fixes.
Test and validate integration scenarios using Postman, SoapUI and the INT4 SAP PI test suite;
Manage incidents, problems and changes through ServiceNow (SNOW) and IBM SCCD as part of ITSM processes, from ticket triage through resolution.
Configure and maintain SAP FS-CD, handling insurance-sector financial transactions. Contribute to the ongoing BTP/Integration Suite migration (system inventory and planning).
Delivered an AI-enhanced SAP monitoring workflow adopted by 50+ employees, cutting manual monitoring effort by ~50% through Python automation. Trained 30+ employees in AI tooling and produced technical documentation for integration processes.
