Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune engineer, remote, part-time, English and Polish

Senior Microsoft 365 engineer based in Malta (CET), working remotely for teams across Europe, in English and Polish.

In IT since 2015, the last four years in Malta, where I moved from the service desk to running the IT function of a regulated operator with about 100 staff and then to senior systems engineering. As IT manager of that operator I rolled out Intune and Conditional Access so that an unmanaged device estate reached full compliance within the first month, and built an automated offboarding process that passed the regulator's access-termination review without findings.

Typical work:

- Entra ID: Conditional Access, admin roles and PIM, break-glass accounts, SSO, B2B guests.

- Intune and Windows Autopilot: enrolment, compliance and configuration profiles, BitLocker, app deployment, Defender onboarding.

- Exchange Online and mail security: SPF, DKIM and DMARC, Defender for Office 365, migrations.

- Automation: joiner, mover and leaver flows in n8n, Power Automate and PowerShell over Microsoft Graph.

- Azure: landing zones, cost reviews, Terraform.
