Managing schedules for drawings and RFIs
Manage existing document control process and procedures and support development / implementation of new
project systems and procedures
Assisting the Project Leads with identifying relevant drawings that shall form part of the baseline and keeping the
drawing register up to date
Respond, distribute and file information as required including communication to and from the technical team.
Ensuring all sites have up to date copies of latest construction drawings
