* Service desk and ticketing system, NIS A.D. – Gazprom Neft (2011-2012)

- Planned and designed Service desk and ticketing system for a few thousand users and computers based on Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010;
- Led and performed implementation and customization of Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010 ticketing system that significantly improved IT process management and service delivery.

* Exchange 2010 mail system, Findomestic bank (2010)

- Planned and designed Microsoft Exchange 2010 server high availability (HA) solution for a few hundred mailbox users;
- Led and performed migration of Findomestic Banks mail server from MDaemon to Microsoft Exchange 2010 mail system.

* Active Directory and Exchange mail system, NIS A.D.

– Gazprom Neft (2009-2010) Project included:
- Implementation of Active Directory and Exchange 2010 infrastructure: servers located at 3 geographic locations, AD sites, RODCs at branch offices, Exchange 2010 disaster recovery
- Installation and virtualization of about hundred servers on 3 geographic locations using Hyper-V and MS SCVMM 2008 R2
- A few thousand users and client computers
- Implementation of Microsoft System Center products – SCVMM, SCCM, SCOM, SCDPM
- Migration of user mailboxes from various mail systems (Exchange 2007, Thunderbird, Pegasus, Lotus Notes/Domino) to Exchange 2010 mail system
- Migration of client machines from different OS versions to Windows 7
