Responsibilities: Assess digital readiness and digital solution trends. Collaborate with business
operations, commercial teams, patient care teams and SMEs across US, Canada, Latin
America, Europe, Middle East and Japan regions to plan the entire digital program.
Schedule preparation, scope management, resource planning and hiring. Conduct
sprint planning sessions. Supervise design and build process. Manage end to end
systems integration. Manage risks, issues and inter-dependencies of systems.
Spearhead defects resolution and RCA. People management.
