Implementing Business Intelligence in PAKDAIRY Co.
- Data Integration: Building enterprise data warehouse using the metadata-driven tools in different integration architectures.
- Data Visualization: design and creating different gadgets like gauges and charts in sales, finance, HR and etc. using Microsoft OLAP technology to visualize data to users in a web-based dashboard application. Also design and creating an analysis desk module, as part of the dashboard, provides a means to drill down to different data dimensions easily and designing KPIs based on company business objectives.
Implementing of the ERP solution including following systems in PAKDAIRY Co. and all branches [2017 to 2018] - (As a project manager)
- Financial systems: General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Loan Management, Financial Statements, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting
- Management Accounting systems: calculate the costs of finished goods, having access to a summary of costs associated with materials, wages, and overheads, having complete supervision on the operations of the business units, including the flow of material from the warehouse to production centers and vice versa; Finding the improvement points of processes in a timely manner; Implement changes at minimum cost and time.
