Responsible of managing first Cellular Mobile System in Yemen with 45 staff members working in four
departments; Engineering, Finance, Commercial and HR & Administration. Beside managing branch
departments, activities includes all other branch's aspects; services sales provisions, billing and
invoicing customers, planning and managing branch OPEX and CAPEX, training, handling PR, etc..
Main Achievements were;
* Conducted market surveys for potential Cellular Mobile Service customers in a number of Yemeni
cities; including Aden, Mukalla, Seyoun, Ibb and Thumar).
* Preparing all plans, service tariffs, sales procedure, sales agreements, service terms and
conditions, marketing plans, etc.
* Preparing all requirements needed to launch and sell first Cellular Mobile Service in Yemen.
* Highly involved on drafting and implementing company's policies and procedures for ordering
customer's handset, decided sales prices, selling handsets and maintaining a good after sales
support.
* Writing commercials documents and presentations, leaflets, brochures, and carrying out staff
training on Cellular Mobile Service concepts and possible community benefits, marketing and sales
procedures etc..
* Raising public awareness of the working concepts of Cellular Mobile Services through attending TV
and Radio interviews and writing in local newspapers and magazines.
* Preparing almost all branch staff members' job descriptions specifically those who were working
on selling and marketing Cellular Mobile Service.
