Responsibilities:

* Daily and weekly production planning to meet monthly production plan.
* Proper manpower allocation and utilization.
* Supervision manufacturing to maintain desired quality standards of the product.
* To monitor yield of batches.
* Ensure that the machines are properly cleaned according to SOPs laid down.
* Calibrating various instruments, equipments and machines and maintain the record of the
same.
* Prepare the supervisors Daily Shift Report and other pertinent records.
* To conduct Online Training Program for workmen.
* To create General Awareness about quality among workmen.
* Online Documentation and other records.
* To prepare YIELD and other Monthly Reports.
* Review and update various documents like SOPs for New Process/ New Product/ New Equipment or
any other changes, Validation Protocols, etc.
* To plan and carry out preventive maintenance of various machines and equipments.
