After 23 years spent in various roles in the University world and IT corporate world. I decided to make a careear change and work as a freelancer.
As a Freelance IT Consultant and Trainer I Can  analyse better the process of software development for different products and projects  evaluate software development process based on my experience  suggest various models from different experiences  organize better the processes  have a dynamic work - increasing productivity and results  see better what needs to be improve in the software development process  train the people.
