Responsibilities:
* Experience with US Recruiting terminology (VMS/MSP, W2, 1099, C2C, H1/EAD, Exempt/Non-exempt,
Overtime etc.).
* Examine/Understand the requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
* Good experience in sourcing Candidates on W2,Full time.
* Good experience working with direct clients, Implementation partners, MSP and VMS.
* Experience in using job portals (Monster, DICE, job Diva, Ceipal, Indeed and Career Builder) and
other open source platforms.
* Experience working with candidates on different work authorizations (H1B, L2-EAD, GC, US
Citizens).
* Proven track record of providing support in the areas of Sourcing, Rate negotiations, Screening,
Scheduling Prospective candidates for interviews, Closure, Offer and on boarding process.
* Achieve staffing objectives and goals set by the company.
* Manage and execute end to end recruiting process.
* Team player and offer leadership wherever required.
