Responsibilities:
* Working totally on Automotive industry
* Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates in many different disciplines using various Job
sites like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Techfetch,MI Talent, LinkedIn RPS referrals as well as
my own resource database for recruiting.
* Maintained good relationship with the clients regarding the requirements & as well as with
Candidated.
* Maintaining the track of the once after done with the interview
* Sechulding the drug screen test for the candidate.
* Follow up the candidate darily basics and after the candidate started the project.
