Responsibilities Include:
* Design and Implement IBM Spectrum Storage Solutions include; IBM Spectrum Protect, IBM
Spectrum Protect Plus, IBM Spectrum Control, IBM Spectrum Insights.
* Develop & design technical solutions for diverse customer requirement
* Design the architecture and implementation of IBM Software, Infrastructure and service
management solutions for different customers; this includes the POC, hardware, sizing,
reliability and ensuring compatibility of solutions
* Develop and maintain strong client relationship
* Managing and supporting Client SLA of Spectrum Protect services. Managing customer Service
Level Agreement, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures in highly business critical
applications with respect to performance and availability.
* Conduct training and deep-dive "hands-on" enablement workshops to transfer knowledge to
customers
* Design and Implement IBM Spectrum Storage Solutions include; IBM Spectrum Protect, IBM
