With extensive experience as a Senior Foreign Procurement & Technical Engineer, I have developed a deep understanding of international procurement processes, technical evaluation, and strategic sourcing, particularly within the oil & gas and energy sectors across the Middle East.

I specialize in mechanical equipment and piping systems, including API pumps, industrial valves, seals, compressors, and fluid handling systems. My role also involves reviewing technical data and customer applications to recommend effective alternatives that improve system reliability, performance, and efficiency.
I have managed tenders and procurement activities across several high-profile clients and governmental entities in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Iraq, including organizations such as KOC, KNPC, MEW, JO, KJO, ARAMCO, ADNOC, and LUKOIL. These projects have strengthened my ability to navigate complex international procurement frameworks and align deliverables with diverse client standards.
As a team leader, I direct a group of 10 Procurement Engineers, overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring consistent and accurate communication of technical and commercial requirements across all procurement stages. I also contribute to the strategic planning of sourcing approaches and supplier performance reviews, ensuring continuous improvement and cost optimization.
Additionally, I represent my company in international exhibitions and industry forums such as ADIPEC and EGYPES, enhancing our business visibility and developing strategic partnerships with OEMs and agents.
