Roles and Responsibilities
* Review & confirm Service Requests meet BHPB Approval criteria and Architecture standards
* Translate high-level requirements - Business requirements into High-Level Solution Design
and effort estimate
* Review vendor's solution blueprint ('functional spec') and effort estimate
* Maintain Architecture Standards documentation
* Review of pre-approved list
* Support the Post Implementation Reviews
* Involved in and managed SAP MaxAttention activities/requirements
* Worked in 1SAP-GSAP integration Projects: UOM Mapping, Currency Mapping,
Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Mapping, CCMS-CMS configuration
* Involved in blueprint and realisation of Mobile Asset Management for BHPB Rail Operation
System
* Involved in BHP Global Change Management activities
* Involved in blueprint and realisation of Mobile Asset Management for BHPB Real Estate
* Involved in following BHPB sites integration/disintegration: Suriname, Yabulu,
Rowensthorpe
* Actively involved in SAP Sox control

* Work closely with GSAP / 1SAP BHPB Governance Board
BHPB Training: I was involved in implementation then preparing training materials and
deliver training in the following areas:
Work Management for Global / Local Practise Leader - Maintenance, the Global/Local
Maintenance Network members and Key Users and the various GSAP Implementation teams.
* Work Management (Receive, Authorised, Planning, Prioritization, Scheduling, Execution,
Completion, History)
* Budget and Costs
* Shutdown and planning management
* KPI
Woodside Projects:
* MICM Project- Internal Labour & External Services Management
* SAP Re-Implementation /Upgrade - Business Process Transformation (BPT)
* Technical Change Management System (TCMS)
The TCMS solution in SAP will be used to manage the approval process of Technical Change while the
supporting documents will be managed in Document Management system (DRIMS). The Technical Change
Management system (TCMS) covers 3 subprocesses:
* Technical Query: This sub-process is managed in SAP as T1 Notification type
* Deviation. This sub-process is managed in SAP as T2 Notification type
* Modification. This sub-process is managed in SAP as T3 Notification type.
* Temporary Equipment (TM).
Manage and track all planned and actual Temporary Equipment on local and remote sites. The
requirement is to not only track the pieces of equipment but to also ensure the necessary steps and
controls have been met to ensure the equipment is fit for use, especially from an Occupational
Health & Safety point of view.
* Operation Impact Notification (OIN)
The OIN solution in SAP will be used to manage the approval process of Offshore Facility Access.
The solution will utilize cross application notifications (O1 Notification). OINs are used by the
business to manage, approve and schedule offshore visits to facilities by all personnel that are
not part of the core-crew staff. The OIN refers to the nature of the visit, organization
authorization requirements, and information on the impact that the visit will have on operations,
beds, flights, facility resources and core crew personnel.

* PM configuration for Angel Project
Roles and Responsibilities
* Identify and define high-level customer requirements
* Validate of endto- end business process and solution design with stakeholders to ensure that
the design satisfies the requirements
* Drive blueprinting activities and complete the Blue print documents for: TCMS, OIN, TE, TCO
* Design, define an documented SAP (PM,QM and PS) configuration requirements and customization
to meet the business process design and application requirements
* Developed and managed TCMS/OIN/TE Front end functionality
* Completed PM Interface Documents (Functional Specification) for 3rd part products
* Completed Work Flow Functional Specification documents and test WF functionality
* Prepare and validate Test plans
* PM configuration and unit testing for new business unit in SAP
* Completed testing documents and perform User Acceptance Testing .
* Involved in master and transactional data conversion activities: design, extraction, creation,
mapping, cleansing, reconciliation and validation using LSMW from legacy system(s) to SAP
* Training: Prepare/update PM and PS training materials and deliver training for: Technical
Change Management system, Operation Impact Notification, Temporary Equipment, Project
management, General Plant Maintenance
INPEX project- ECC5 Implementation - FI/CO, PS, JVA,MM, HR (CATS)
The following SAP Modules are implemented:
* Finance (FI)
* Controlling (CO)
* Project System (PS)
* Joint Venture Accounting (JVA)
* Materials Management (MM)
* Human Resources (HR)
However, not all of the components or sub-modules of the above will be fully implemented.

* MM and HR (CATS) Configuration and Unit testing
* Define user access (Roles Matrix)
* Completed User Acceptance Testing documents (scenarios) and performed Uer Acceptance Testing :
PR Management, PO Management, Contract Management, Goods Receipt, Time Confirmation -
Timesheet (CATS)
* Training: Prepare SAP Navigation, MM and CATS training materials including Quick Reference
Guide and deliver training for:
* Purchase Requestion Processing/Releasing
* Purchase Order Processing/ Releasing
* Contract Processing/Releasing
* Goods receipt
