endeavor encompassed two distinct companies, each with intricate
Quality Management (QM) processes. Nurol Makine, a key player
in the defense industry as a full vehicle producer, and Nurol
Teknoloji, specializing in ballistic solutions.
Remarks
In the capacity of the lead SAP QM consultant for both entities, the
experience was not only impactful but also rewarding throughout
the entire process. A notable achievement within this project was
the opportunity to design a new Quality Issue Management system,
contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and quality control
for both Nurol Makine and Nurol Teknoloji.

This project stands out as a pivotal milestone in my professional
trajectory. Esan, being the flagship company within the esteemed
Eczacibasi Holding, presented a distinctive challenge. While the
organization already operated a functional SAP system, the
absence of a Quality Management (QM) module necessitated a
comprehensive overhaul. The primary objective was the
conceptualization and implementation of an entirely new Laboratory
Information Management System (LIMS), seamlessly integrated
into SAP QM and adorned with Fiori interfaces.

The intricacy of the project was notably heightened by the
Remarks imperative to design an interface encompassing the entirety of
laboratory processes, thereby supplanting the existing LIMS.
Despite the presence of a fully developed LIMS system in SAP, the
complexity lay in reconciling the custom User Experience (UX)
designs and processes with a substantial reliance on standard QM
objects.

Furthermore, a noteworthy accomplishment was the successful
integration of laboratory equipment with SAP, facilitating the direct
transmission of results data from select equipment to the QM
application for streamlined recording within the managed inspection
lot.

Remarks Turk Tractor, a pivotal player in agricultural machinery production
under the umbrella of CNH (Fiat group), marked a significant
milestone in my professional trajectory. The project's magnitude
prompted a strategic career move, leading me to transition to a new
employer specifically to contribute to this endeavor. Joining the project
team in March 2016, I became an integral part of what was, until that
point, the most extensive project undertaken in Turkey.

While my involvement commenced after the blueprinting phases,
extending throughout the subsequent stages, including a rigorous 8-
month live support period, I played a crucial role in orchestrating 116
custom developments within the Quality Management (QM) domain.
Notably, this project served as my introduction to Fiori applications, an
experience particularly noteworthy as standard QM Fiori apps were
limited at the time, prompting the development of bespoke QM
applications to meet project requirements.
