-Diagnose System Problems

Monitors the performance of network systems in order to identify any issues. Routinely perform analysis during normal IT Infrastructure operation, including on networks, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications and devices.

-Design Solutions

When a network issue has been identified, I will  works with the IT team to determine the appropriate solution. The solution should solve the problem at hand as well as mitigate future issues working closely with the Information Security team to ensure the plan is in accordance with security procedures.

-Implement Solutions

Once a plan has been formulated,i will either provide the plan to the IT team or work with them to implement the necessary upgrades, patches or troubleshooting to solve the problem documenting the changes and follow all change management procedures.

-Communicate Issues and Changes

Responsible for proactively communicating upcoming infrastructure changes to management, and working with the workforce to smooth transitions and decrease any negative impact on business.

-Identify Opportunities for Improvement

Usings up-to-date knowledge of IT infrastructure to identify opportunities to use emerging technology to increase efficiency and flexibility formulating improvement plans and pitch them to leadership.
