* Promoted to lead two teams of sales professionals, one on the field and the other one in our Inside
Sales office in Barcelona, which are subject matter experts of PTC's training, consulting, mentoring and
services portfolio. The teams assist multi-billion-dollar companies to optimize the skill set and
processes of their CAD community. Provide guidance to identify strengths & weaknesses of product
development processes while positioning appropriate training services to improve both individual
proficiency as well as organizational CAD methodology.

* Promoted to recruit and build a training Inside Sales team with 7 sales professionals supporting the
CER, France, Nordics, UK and Benelux. Delivered in FY 12 Services revenue of 3.4M and increased FY
13 Services revenue 21% to 4.1M. Supported 3 inside sales reps to get promoted to become field
sales representative.

as well as management responsibilities. Areas of focus on the management side included recruiting top
