Client Profile:
It was incorporated on 14/02/1961 Bajaj Steel Industries is organized in three divisions,
Engineering or Steel Division, CNC and Super pack. The Steel Division is the largest manufacturer of
Double Roller Cotton Ginning Equipments in India with over 30,000 DR ginning machines in operation
all over India & abroad. The down-packing, door-less, high-capacity, fully-automatic, Cotton Baling
Press, manufactured by company is world-class. BSIL has completed nearly 50 turnkey projects for
cotton processing industry in India and abroad.
Roles and Responsibilities:

* Providing immediate solutions to the queries and problems by users in FI/CO
module, suggesting configuration changes and required corrections as and when
required.
* Primary contact and responsible for solving all priority tickets like critical, major
and minor in maintenance and enhancement work.
* As per the user communication by mail have to register, acknowledge, respond,
resolve accept and close the issues.
* Based on the priority of the issues and the time required to resolve the issue,
issues will be resolved within time.
* Preparation of end users manual
* Ensuring smooth process of the project at the client side

Client Profile:
The project includes implementing SAP ECC 6.0 in a model company involved in manufacturing
automobile and industrial Batteries having 2 legal entities, 6 Manufacturing Plants, 4 Regional
Distribution Centers, 50 Branch Offices. The business case for the model company and the project
structure has been designed and developed by very senior and experience SAP consultants and
project managers, drawing from their own real experiences. They are also managing the project
execution and in the process monitoring and grooming the new consultants to help them develop
their consulting skills following IBM specific project delivery methodology (Ascendant).

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Providing immediate solutions to the queries and problems by users in FI/CO
