Understand the Functional requirements of various HCM process - Excellent knowledge of HCM (OM, PM,TM, Payroll, E-Recruitment and Reports) - Carry out configuration in the SAP system to meet the end-user requirements - Understanding of the integration with various modules - Understand the issues faced by end-users on a day to day basis and provide a solution to their satisfaction client-facing - Visit project sites and impart SAP usage training to end users Candidate profile - Client facing and Payroll process experience in MSS/ESS configuration Management - Have Excellent process knowledge of all HCM Modules. - Experience with Egyptian local labor laws. - Experience supporting configuration for SAP HCM in Personnel administration, organization management, payroll, time management. - Ability to conduct requirements gathering meetings. - Ability to prepare internal documents and testing requirements. - Ability to prepare master data templates for employee data. - Good knowledge of LSMW to upload master data sheets - provide day to day support as required. - Ability To prepare the user manual and impart training to various business process owners. - Responsible to troubleshoot various issues in the SAP system.
