Delinea-PAM consultant

* Worked with clients to deliver professional services consulting for the Delinea Software as a
subcontractor for Delinea.
* Responsible for the design of Centrify architecture to address customer's needs.
* Provide support designing, installing, implementing, and configuring all aspects of Centrify
products including Infrastructure Services, Privilege Access Service, and Direct Audit
* Responsible for proper documentation of processes, policies, and program improvements
implemented during project delivery.

* Responsible for maintaining and supporting the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence
Enterprise Classroom Program. This includes over 900 users, 1000 desktop systems and 120
printers.
* Tiers I & II support for MS Windows Systems and Video Teleconference Systems
* Assist in property accountability.
* Load, configure, and troubleshoot all applications in the USAACE portfolio.
* Enforce the information systems security guidance policies as provided by the Information
Assurance Manager and perform duties as an Information Assurance Systems Officer
* Applied information technology security laws, directives, and policies for the management of
IT Systems
* Maintained proper paperwork and ensured all tickets were completed via Remedy ticketing
system.
