Responsibilities:
* Resolving the day-to-day problems of the user, customer satisfaction as a top priority as part
of L2 support
* Worked on SAP PS implementation (Oracle to Sap), assisting with requirements gathering, system
configuration, testing, and training activities.
* Involved in building up new eco systems wherein data integration carried out between sap & Non Sap
(PPM & Salesforce) systems to managed the project lifecycle
* Conducted on site workshops and training sessions (London & Boston) for end-users to ensure smooth
adoption of SAP PS functionalities .
* Worked data migration team & closely monitoring the data flow to ensure the data accuracy &
reconciliation later on.
* Worked on building new interfaces to manage client creatin/ extension & modification & auto
project creation.

functionalities met business requirements and performed as expected.
* Resolving the Service Calls based on the Priority of the Issue and Based on Service level
Agreement.
* Requirement gathering in case of new change request & working on the feasible solution with
developers, & preparing the Relevant documents & ensuring the smooth deployment of code.
* Working with integration team for the correct data flow & mapping as per the requirement.
* Contributed to the development of project documentation, including functional specifications,
test plans, and training materials

* Providing Hypercare support for the entities migrated from Oracle to SAP in new eco system.
