This façade design reflects a modern architectural language through the integration of clean lines, warm wooden textures, and dark stone materials. Green elements were used not only as aesthetic features but also as passive cooling components. The use of vertical louvers and deep balconies helps optimize light and privacy, while the overall composition maintains a bold yet natural character in the dense urban context of Tehran.

Long hours on the road create a particular set of needs: privacy without isolation, community without noise, and comfort without pretense. This hookah lounge responds to those needs by weaving the familiar language of traditional Persian interiors — low seating, warm materials, ornamental ceramics, arches and water — into a restrained modern vocabulary. The design aims to reawaken the comforting memories of communal places from the past while delivering the convenience and calm of today: clear circulation, visible daylight, durable finishes and effective smoke control.
This project presents a modern roadside guesthouse situated along a busy highway, primarily catering to long-distance travelers and truck drivers. The design seeks to provide both the comfort of contemporary living and the warmth of traditional cultural elements.

The Nowshahr Tower stands as a pioneering 30-story luxury residential development situated on Iran’s bustling Caspian coast, offering 120 exclusive residential units. This project distinguishes itself through a visionary approach to urban living, most notably in its innovative transformation of the first-floor courtyard into a dynamic, multi-functional recreational and social hub. Located on the 30th floor of a modern high-rise in Nowshahr, this rooftop retreat was designed to merge luxury living with structural ingenuity. The client’s request included three distinct water features:
- A glass-edge swimming pool as the centerpiece.
- A jacuzzi for private relaxation.
- A children’s pool for family use

This project is a residential block with an approximate gross floor area of 100,000 m² and seven residential levels (four units per floor) sited on a narrow plot with daylight access from a single façade roughly 40 m wide. The primary challenge was to deliver high interior quality and sufficient natural light despite the site’s one-sided exposure, while meeting the client’s requirement for a standard four-unit layout per floor and a modern façade treatment fully compliant with local façade regulations.

Office Tower – Tehran

This project involved the interior design and 3D modeling of the administrative section of a major office tower in Tehran. The building’s structural frame had already been completed, and our main task was to resolve and cover architectural deficiencies left by the previous designer. For instance, one of the critical challenges was the lack of sufficient landing space in staircases, which we managed to address through creative redesign and interior planning solutions. The outcome was a functional, efficient office layout fully adapted to the existing structure.

The project involved the design of a prefabricated industrial building for a paint manufacturing company in Germany. My role was to prepare a complete set of architectural drawings and construction details that had never been available before. These custom-designed plans enabled the client to proceed with the prefabrication and assembly process successfully.
