I am a Senior Industrial Robot Programmer / Roboterprogrammierer with over 10 years of international hands-on experience in robot programming, commissioning / Inbetriebnahme, OLP verification, cycle-time optimization, production support, troubleshooting and integration.
My strongest fit is in projects that need a solid industrial robot programmer who can also understand the surrounding automation system: PLC/SPS, HMI, fieldbus communication, vision systems, safety, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical behavior, hydraulics, pneumatics and production constraints.
I have worked with KUKA, ABB and FANUC industrial robots across automotive, metallurgy / heavy industry and industrial automation projects. My experience includes KUKA KR C2 / KR C4 / KR C5, ABB IRC5, FANUC R-30iA / R-30iB, robot teaching, online programming, OLP integration, program standardization, commissioning, process optimization and production assistance.
I also use KUKA WorkVisual, KUKA OfficeLite, KUKA SimPro, KUKA Custom Kinematics, ABB RobotStudio and FANUC Roboguide.
On the automation side, I worked with Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens S7-1500 / S7-1500TF, WinCC Unified, PROFINET, PROFIsafe and Industrial Ethernet / TCP-IP, including PLC/HMI interface logic, I/O diagnostics, safety devices and communication between robots, PLCs and HMIs.
Vision and sensor experience: Photoneo 3D vision, Cognex In-Sight, Coherix 3D laser inspection and SICK safety scanners. I can support vision-guided robotic applications, calibration work and troubleshooting between robot, PLC/SPS, camera and process logic.
Process experience: pick and place, sealing, spot welding, MIG/MAG welding, hybrid laser welding, roller hemming, geo-grippers, docking systems, searches, stud welding, plasma cutting, palletizing, deburring, TOX press, RivSet / RivTac and custom tooling. I have worked in production environments where reliability, cycle time and root-cause analysis matter.
I can read EPLAN documentation for electrical troubleshooting, trace I/O faults, support hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting, and work across disciplines when a problem does not belong neatly to one department. One of my main strengths is bridging robotics, PLC/SPS, HMI, vision, commissioning and the real production floor.
I am familiar with robot programming standards and OEM environments such as VASS, Ford, Ford Otosan IFWC, Tesla, Daimler-Powertrain, Jaguar Land Rover, Dacia, DAF, ABB and FFT-related standards. I can adapt to customer standards, clean up structure and support naming conventions.
I am useful when a project needs someone who can enter an industrial cell, understand how the robot, PLC, HMI, safety system, tooling, sensors and process interact, then help make the system reliable. I can support commissioning, urgent production issues, OLP validation, optimization, diagnostics, standardization, operator support, functional descriptions, fallback support and technical coordination.

Project history
Developing and training employees and partners in industrial robotics and automation, with a focus on KUKA/ABB/FANUC robot programming, Siemens PLC/HMI interfaces, vision systems, commissioning, troubleshooting and production support. The goal is to build a cross-disciplinary team able to understand automated cells, diagnose real industrial problems and support clients reliably on-site and remotely.
