Project history
Provide statistical data analysis support to the computational metabolomics group within the Cooperative Health Research in South Tyrol (CHRIS) population study. Conduct various data analyses on CHRIS omics data sets, including exploratory analyses, quality assessment and evaluation of the influence of different factors on metabolomics or proteomics data.
