My main skills are backend development with Java / Kotlin und Spring Boot, Unittesting with JUnit and Mockito, Clean Code, Refactoring of legacy Code and Application Logging / Distributed Tracing.
Besides that I count my sense for quality softare and the cost efficiency that comes with it to my strengthes. In my opinion high software quality enables cost efficient software development. Real continuous integration i.e. trunk based development and reliable automated tests are key techniques to achieve high software quality.
I am also interested in topics beyond pure software development like architecture, CI/CD, Kubernetes, IAC and cloud.
Ideally I take responsibility for the software in production in thr original sense of DevOps. I.e. you build it you run it. Therefore good observability of the software in production is also one of my main concerns.
