Manages all aspects of the most sensitive, highly visible, and comprehensive corporate projects. Negotiates project
objectives and direction with senior-level corporate managers. This includes all Document management & System
Integration Projects in all Operating countries. This includes Sri Lanka, Nepal, Brunei, Singapore, Bangladesh, the
Philippines, Maldives, and the US.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualizes immediate and long-range needs of the company for project mission by understanding
the business objectives as they relate to project goals.
Translates client needs into a comprehensive project plan which ensures successful project completion.
Negotiates project objectives and direction with SBU heads, Division Senior Teams, and Managers of such
departments as Information Systems, Finance, and Human Resources.
May act as the project lead for various tech departments and divisions to ensure the completion of work
in a timely and efficient manner.
Negotiates with external agencies/organizations Related to the Project.
Monitor Project Managers for running the Project Smoothly. Discuss/Negotiate with Stake Holders
regarding project status and keeps Stake informed of project direction and negotiates direction as
necessary.
Makes presentations regarding project direction and recommendations to stake Holders.
Identifies sources and relationships of corporate data and makes recommendations/decisions regarding
consolidation and storage of data for access by Stake Holders.
In addition to that Pre Sales team leading/mentoring also assigned,
