  • One of the largest CFIN Project with 20+ ECC systems in scope for 30 countries.
  • Managing cross organizational and cross domain teams for successful execution of program activities
  • Part of decision review forum for key program decisions –Design, functional & technical decisions & also part of Architecture Guild for framing architectural guidelines and providing guidance to the design/functional team(s)
  • Involved in third party platform/systems management as well as part of procurement decisions
