Situation - Fonterra NZMP had a very complex pricing model which requires complex and state of the art
pricing solution.
Task - As a Solution Integration Architect I was responsible for making sure Business leads, Architects,
Functional consultants and all other relates stakeholders work together to come up with best design and
adheres to the solution architectural practices as and when required. The key systems involved were
mainly Pricing PRO, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, Salesforce, BW and DataLake, PROS CPQ, SAP PO, BODS and
numerous other systems.
* Develop guidelines and principles for the business leads and functionals.
* Enforce all solution design adheres to the architectural practices
* Ensure all parties are involved in key decisions being made.
Results - As a part of the role I ensured the solution built adheres to the functional and technical
specifications, consequently the Solution Architecture Document (SAD)

Project: VSS to DMS Solution - SAP and route solution (~2 million $ project for ice cream division)

Situation - FBTT was using obsolete application version, ineffective processes and hardware stack
(handhelds and printers), which results in huge maintenance cost for route sales solution. The application
was core to the business and supported $ 300 million annual revenue.
Task - I was responsible for designing the processes of the new route solution along with managing the
design, build, master-data and cut over activities on the project.
* Prepared business case documents along with project costing and breakdown into Capex & Opex
* Managed the solution design, build, master data & cutover planning using MS Project
* Worked on architecture, design & SAP integration using Visio, architecture templates & JIRA
Results - Successful online cloud based route mobile solution with thermal printing capability, signature
recording, barcode scanning and process controls enabled FBTT to increase sales by focus on route sales
activities. The solution reduced maintenance by 50% and mitigated the risk around obsolete technology

to a standard template based SAP implementation. The solution was rolling out in AU when I got involved.
Task - I was responsible for implementing the solution to NZ market focusing on Logistics and Direct Store
Delivery related processes as a lead consultant.
* Worked on business processes, requirements gathering, design and development of SAP Direct
Store Delivery business processes
* Documentation: Business Blue Prints, Configuration docs, Functional Specs & review test cases
* Configuration of DSD functionalities (visit control, dynamic transportation and route settlement )
* Setting up Process Chains (RSPC) and automating STO, Delivery and Shipment creation processes
* EDI/IDOC processing using via SAP PI to external plant Picking Systems.
Results - The project successfully went live within budget and timeline. This project received 2013 SAP
Award of Excellence for "Best Run ERP" project in Australia and New Zealand.
