A key component of my career to date has been implementing and improving
agile processes and ensuring quality in software development. From
the moment I learned about Scrum and the principles of agile processes, I
was hooked. I firmly believe in the powers and adaptability of Scrum and
have led many teams in continously growing through the Scrum framework.
I have worked with different teams in various set-ups - from small Start Up teams with no processes yet implemented to complex state agency settings.
Being a "servant leader" as a scrum master - helping teams through
hard times, helping solve conflicts, rebuilding trust and using data-driven
decision making to identify potential for growth and improvement - is one
of my biggest strengths.
