I am a unicorn. Seriously. An aerospace engineer turned to UX & web writing, I have a firm foothold in tech and a way with words. The switch was painless. Storytelling is in my nature. Cult Wines combines fine wine knowledge and investment expertise to offer their clients the highest standard of fine
wine investment. I was hired to support the website redesign for the regional markets (USA, Europe, Canada,
Singapore & Hong Kong).
My responsibilities
* (Re)write & adapt copy for the regional websites
* Improve the web experience.
My achievements
* Web copy for the North American, EMEA, Singapore & Hong Kong markets
* UX & wireframes for certain web pages, including some onboarding flows
* Service blueprinting for portfolio transfer
* Successfully completed user research
