Project history
Ensuring all DORA aspects are implemented and maintained appropriately. Leading regular ongoing activities required by DORA regulation, developing DORA Framework implementation, acting as SPOC for internal and external DORA Audits, establishing DORA Controlling and reporting, identifying opportunities to enhance DORA risk management processes, and working closely with internal stakeholders including BCM, Third party governance, ICT, Risk management, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
Creation of regulatory compliant standards and models related to Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Management. Coordinating and implementing Operational Resilience based DORA requirements on Global level across 42 locations. Performing analysis of end-to-end value chains, planning scenario testing, leading a team of 3 FTEs, preparing periodic reports and critical metrics, driving Global OpRes and BC Community calls, and creating Global templates and guidances.
