I am an Oracle Applications Techno-Functional consultant.

I was working in Malaysia on Oracle Applications R12.2.5 Implementation focusing on Conversion till FEB-2018. Before that, I was working in Singapore for Three(3) years on various Oracle Applications based projects. In both the countries, I worked on Employment Pass. While I was working in Singapore I learned basic French and Spanish.

My 13+ years of experience includes Support, Enhancement and Development activities in Oracle Applications (E-Biz) in both 11i and R12 environments.

I have worked on patching activities in 11i application hosted on Unix. Good knowledge on Incident management, Change management and Implementation Methodologies like AIM.

Technically handled PL/SQL, SQL, SQL*Loader, Forms, Reports, Workflow, Shell Programming, Form Personalization, OAF and XML. Learning Python for Data Analytics. Also planning to get on to Oracle Fusion applications in the future.

Possess good functional knowledge in P2P and O2C domains viz., AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, iExpense and AGIS.
Also have functional knowledge on PO, INV, OM, Project Accounting(PA), Procurement Contract and Sourcing.

Interact with users to understand the issues or requirements and deliver quality custom solutions to them.
I have performed the leading role too.

During Development have handled,
1) SQL tuning and RDF report building and registering in Oracle Applications.
2) Building GUI forms using template.fmb and registering in Oracle Applications.
3) Concurrent program creation and migrating the same using LDT files.
4) Modifying workflow and uploading to database.
5) Using API's for interfaces.
6) Customising OAF Page and developing XML reports.
7) Unit testing, UAT and migrating to production after stakeholder approval.

During support activities have handled,
1) Month-end issues - Period Closing issues, Interface Struck records issues, Posting issues.
2) Month-end routines - Running Monthly programs and management reports.
3) Daily Support Activities - Interface monitoring and fallout clearance, Entering daily rates, Incidents.
4) Acknowledging issue tickets and working with users for resolution as per SLA.
5) Communication protocols used for support were E-Mails, Business Chat and Desk Phones.
6) Raising Oracle SR(TAR/Metalink) where ever appropriate for Product related issue resolution.
7) Handing over the issues to the next person in 24/7 roaster support.
