From gathering the business requirements to system configuration, my experience is rich and paved by many projects on Oracle HR products. Specialized on Core HR, Talent modules (goals, performance, talent review, succession plan, talent pools), recruitment with ORC and Taleo, I had the chance to expand my expertise over the past year. Eager to learn, I will be happy to work on other module that I worked less, on any region of the globe remotely.
