Head of Reporting and Analytical Stream
Lead the reporting and integration stream with responsibility to deliver integration from
Saleforce to the current data warehouse to help produce complex key reports.
Designed the the LLD and built the initial integration framework to support the prototype
build and have current team evolve to a full build.
Deputy Head of Build Team
Co-lead the Onshore and Offshore build team, mentor younger members of the team and ensure
deliverables of user stories are met.
Produce the architectural LLD to help the build team deliver solutions effectively

Responsibilities:
* Led the addResiliency build to ensure the team built end to end process using vlocity and
apex to support resiliency order creations
* Involved in the continuous development and debugging of salesforce and its integrated
points to the NSOM,NPAC and Address Checker systems based on all user agile backstories
and current user issues.
* Involved in the design, development and debugging of SOAP payloads and parsing of JSON
request and response messages to ensure the right order content is submitted to NSOM
(Integrated product availability system) using provided interface specs from the business
* Involved in the continuous development and configuration of vlocity including the use of
data raptors, cards, templates, omniscripts amongst others
* Deployed all vlocity and order metadata components from phaseJ Dev to SIT environment
