I have strong knowledge on 'CRM' projects and extensively worked on Knowledge Management (KM), Enterprise level Search Engine, Content management System (CMS) platforms aligned with KCS principles, where my individual contribution to the projects and customer self service portal is immense and strong exposure to the incident management systems with handling the priority based issue. I have had handled multiple projects as program / project manager / Solution Manager.
