Leading a multi-year programme of change for Rates products for Markets & Security Services (MSS) with annual budgets between $5m and $10m. Successfully delivered Front Office Rates Trading Platform Simplification and Greenfield Build out, saving over $5m.
Responsible for repapering and migrating Flow Rates and Emerging Markets Credit business flows from the US to EMEA business lines. Successfully migrated Rates & Credit positions and related business flows from the US to EMEA.
