• Automated and streamlined the maintenance process for residents staying in the 880 villas.
• Identified major maintenance consumption centres of maintenance cost and developed the process to identify and phase out equipment’s which are low on efficiency and high on maintenance.
• Integrated SAP PM module with Refx module and developed a solution for villa lease out or under maintenance.
• Integrated SAP MM with CRM, Refx, PM and FICO to give a seamless solution.
• Developed workflows for triggering authorization mails to different levels based on issuing stock from store or for purchasing material from vendors.
• Developed a Bill to Customer process for billing residents in Villas where maintenance is billed back to the customer.
• Successfully uploaded over 100,000 equipment’s.
